How to make Achar Gosht (Chicken Achari) ?



Preparation time   15 minutes
Cooking time        40 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1.     Chicken              1 kg

2.     Mustard Oil         1 cup

3.     Yogurt                  1 cup

4.     Tomato Puree      2 Teaspoon

5.     Turmeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon 

6.     Cashew Paste       2 Tablespoon

7.     Coriander (chop)  2 Tablespoon

8.     Onion (grind)       3 pieces

9.     Red Chilies           8 pieces

10. Ginger and Garlic paste 2 table spoon

11. Salt to taste

 

Method

Heat 2 Table spoon oil in saucepan.

Then fry cloves fenugreek seeds, Coriander,

Fennel, Red challis and grind them in blender.

Heat oil in saucepan add garlic ginger and onion paste

and brown it until water is dry.

Add turmeric powder salt and Chicken and fry it.

Add yogurt Tomato and puree and cook till the water dries well.

when the water is dry add cashew past and keep it on the heat for 10 minutes.

Tasty Achar gosht is ready.
