How to make Mutton Shahi Qorma?



INGREDIENTS
  • Mutton  1 Kg
  • Ginger garlic crushed two tablespoons
  • Ten to twelve pieces of butter
  • A tablespoon of crushed red pepper
  • A teaspoon of crushed cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Ten to twelve almonds
  • Three medium onions
  • A tablespoon of crushed coriander
  • A teaspoon of crushed hot spices
  • Three to four small cardamoms
  • A cup of yogurt
  • A cup of cooking oil
METHOD

Wash and dry the meat in a sieve.

Then put it in a bowl and add salt, yogurt, red pepper and coriander and mix well.

Fry the almonds and butter in cooking oil until golden (grind half of the butter and almonds finely).

In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onion until golden.

Then put bay leaves in this pan and fry the ginger and garlic.

Then add the seasoned meat and mix it. When it comes to a little simmer, reduce the heat.

When the meat melts in its own water, add fried onions (chopped) and crushed butter and almonds.

When the ghee separates, sprinkle crushed hot spices, cumin and crushed cardamom in it and put it on the tail over low heat.

Delicious Mutton Qorma is ready
