- Meat 2 kg
- Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
- Onion (cut into slices) 3-4 slices of
- Ginger (large) 1 piece
- Hot spice powder 1 tablespoons
- Anise flowers 3 star
- A tablespoon of ginger paste
- Flour 1 cup
- Fennel 1 tablespoon
- Large cardamom 3-4 pieces
- Red chili powder 2 tablespoons
- Oil as required
- Green coriander, ginger, mint, lemon for garnish
- Salt as required
Put a piece of ginger, fennel, hot spice powder, big cardamom, almond flowers in a muslin cloth and prepare a bundle.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry.
Put meat, ginger, garlic paste and salt and fry.
After roasting the meat, add red chili powder and prepared bundle and fry again. Add 4-5 glasses of water and cook till the meat is melted.
When the meat is melted, dissolve the dough in a cup of water and add it.
After a while, reduce the heat and cover the lid and cook till the oil comes up
Remove to a serving dish and garnish with green coriander, ginger, mint and lemon.
Delicious Nahari is ready.
