How to make Nihari? Amazing recipe



INGREDIENTS

  1. Meat  2 kg
  2. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  3. Onion (cut into slices) 3-4 slices of
  4.  Ginger (large) 1 piece
  5. Hot spice powder 1 tablespoons
  6. Anise flowers 3 star
  7. A tablespoon of ginger paste
  8. Flour 1 cup
  9. Fennel 1 tablespoon
  10. Large cardamom 3-4 pieces
  11. Red chili powder 2 tablespoons
  12. Oil as required
  13. Green coriander, ginger, mint, lemon for garnish
  14. Salt as required

METHOD

Put a piece of ginger, fennel, hot spice powder, big cardamom, almond flowers in a muslin cloth and prepare a bundle.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry.

Put meat, ginger, garlic paste and salt and fry.

After roasting the meat, add red chili powder and prepared bundle and fry again. Add 4-5 glasses of water and cook till the meat is melted.

When the meat is melted, dissolve the dough in a cup of water and add it.

After a while, reduce the heat and cover the lid and cook till the oil comes up

Remove to a serving dish and garnish with green coriander, ginger, mint and lemon.

Delicious Nahari is ready.
