- Minced meat half a kilo
- A tablespoon of crushed ginger garlic
- A teaspoon of coriander
- A teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- A teaspoon of chopped red pepper
- A teaspoon of white cumin
- Half a cup of tomato paste
- Two eggs
- Two tablespoons of soy sauce
- Basin two tablespoons
- Cooking oil as required
Wash the minced meat and put it in a sieve to dry well.
Then add salt, ginger, garlic, roasted coriander, cumin, onion, red pepper, black pepper, tomato paste, soy sauce and half-fried eggs and mix well.
Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, fry the basin in the minced meat, mix well and make flat kebabs.
Take a thin layer of fat and place it on each kebab and spread it in two saucepans.
Prepare all the kebabs in the same way and fry them golden like kebabs on skewers.
