How to make Crispy Noodle ?

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken breasts (without bones) 2 pieces
  • One noodles (lightly boiled) 300 grams
  • Two tablespoons soy sauce and corn flour
  • Carrots (finely chopped) One piece
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum (finely chopped) One piece
  • Cabbage (finely chopped)
  • Fried crushed white pepper, salt, oil 1 / 2,1 / 2 teaspoon
  • One cup egg (made omelette) one piece

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) a tablespoon
  • One tablespoon of sugar and ole aster sauce
  • Cornflour (dissolved in water) One tablespoon
  • 2.2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce and oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar and soy sauce
  • A teaspoon of chicken powder
  • 1 / 2,1 / 2 teaspoon of crushed white pepper and salt

METHOD

1 Cut the chicken breast strips and mix them with soy sauce, white pepper, cornflour and salt and keep for one hour.

2 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry them for 5 minutes.

3 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the noodles until golden.

4 Heat oil in a separate pan and fry garlic and onion.

5 Add remaining vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

6 Add cornflour to the pan.

7 In a bowl, first spread noodles, then chicken and vegetables. Before serving, add prepared sauce and egg.
